manual ClamAV update problem

Performed a manual clamav update and encountered this:

What is happening?

Simple steps to check:

1) Able to ping google.com (as an example)?
2) Able to ping 172.110.204.67 ,208.72.56.53, 198.148.78.4?

If you are able to ping google.com, able to access to internet, and able to ping 198.148.78.4. That means there is no problem accessing internet. This mirror, 198.148.78.4, is working.

You are unable ping to 172.110.204.67 or 208.72.56.53 and that means the mirrors maybe down.
