Thoughts:
I came across this from here and I would like to share this.
"When Buddha was about to enter nirvana, Manjushri Bodhisattva beseeched the Buddha:
Manjushri pleaded: "Beseech the Buddha to abide in the world to continue to teach dharma. Implore the Buddha to turn the dharma wheel once again."
The Buddha replied, "Manjushri, you are a great wise being. I have never taught any Dharma nor have I turn the Dharma Wheel. Even you did not realize that?"
Only then did Manjushri Bodhisattva come to his senses and realized the true essence of what the Buddha had taught. "
The author then ask 2 questions: Did Buddha give dharma teaching? Did Buddha turn the dharma wheel?
What was the true essence that Manjushri Bodhisattva realized and What do you think?
