Heavy rain expected over parts of S'pore

SINGAPORE: Moderate to heavy thundery showers are expected over the southern, western and central parts of Singapore between 10.15am and 11.30am.
National water agency, PUB, said flash floods may occur in low-lying areas.
It advises the public to exercise caution.
