The printouts from the colour printer has some pink patches or cyan patches on them? How do resolve this problem?
1) Check the specific colour cartridge that is "spilling" and clean them using a tissue or some slightly damp cloth.
2) Take out the cartridge and carefully clean the area.
3) Place the cartridge back and perform some test print. If the issue persist, replace the faulty cartridge.
