In System Info page, look for "VDI", property = yes. - KB56086 - reset agent GUID if computers not displayed in ePO directory In Regedit , check: 32-Bit: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Agent\AgentGUID]
64-Bit: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Agent\AgentGUID] Backup registry Resolve the issue: On each affected client, delete the AgentGUID registry key and restart the McAfee Framework Service. Click Start, Run, type regedit, and click OK. Navigate to one of the following registry keys: 32-Bit: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Agent\]

Click Start, Run, type services.msc, and click OK. Right-click McAfee Framework Service and select Restart. McScript.log: Contains the agent activity performed by the update/script during an update or installation of a point product. Max size is 2MB - Logging enabled for remote access to AGENT_ .XML log file
