Cool winds ushering in CNY
SINGAPORE'S cool.
While the country has earned kudos for being a lot more hip over the years, it has also enjoyed a welcome spot of cool, windy weather lately.
And such conditions should prevail during Chinese New Year next week which should make going out and about - well - a breeze.
